I was driving to work this morning, just cruising, and I stopped for gas, when I pulled up the pump, white smoke everywhere. I actually said, "****", and opened the hood. I had coolant running a steady stream out of this cap.

I turned around and drove a couple of miles back home and parked it. When I got home, it was not leaking. I drove my truck to work anyway. When I got home, I topped off the coolant and started the engine. Now its coming out of both filler caps. After it warmed up I was trying to put pressure on the system to see if it would leak, so I was taking the R's to about 6 grand, then all of a sudden, I get smoke coming out of the vents inside the car and smoke rolling out from under the car everywhere. What the hell? I let it go back to idle and the smoke quit. What is going on? I am not driving the car until I find out what is happening and how to fix it. I could trailer it to the dealer near by, but I know they will rape me.

Sounds like the rad caps are bad but I could be wrong if your getting coolant inside the car too.Check your heater core.IF your core goes then coolant comes thru the interior vents normally. Was the heater still pushing warm air?

I would replace both caps. I just replaced my flat cap the other day because it was leaking. When the engine is cool take a look to see if the rubber underneath the caps is cracked or ripped. You might also want to check and see if the coolant hose running from the fire wall to just below the oil filter is leaking. That hose has a tendency to ware out fast.
