So i was checking up on the brakes since they felt a bit spongy recently, found a small leak and fixed it, and bled that corner. I decided to bleed the whole system since the brakes still werent too firm, and when i got to the pass front, the bleeder was obviously screwed up. It was all chewed up like someone had used a pair of vice-grips on it many times, and no wrench i had would go on it (besides the aforementioned vice grips). So i go to open it, and it snaps off. I figure 'no big deal', take the whole valve off and go to strauss for a replacement. They dont have one in the right size, and everywhere else is closed.

Has anyone found a place that has these in the correct size? Its the bleeder valve for the front 4-pot calipers. Thanks

I had the same problem, ended up replacing the caliper as it was less frustrating. (and easier to find a good one..)

Phins used to have these speed bleeders back when he sold parts, maybe he could tell you where to find them.

If you're willing to wait, I probably have 8 calipers that I could rob bleed valves from and mail to you.
