Im buying a bov and i need some help on how to put it on. If the bov needs a flange to go on my stock ic piping for my 88 t2 then where can I find a flange for it, and does the flange have to be welded on. Just help with anything you can, cause I am so lost on what to do for a bov.THx

You'll need the adapter designed FOR that BOV, as well as the seal for that BOV. THe adapter is shaped like a T, replaced the stock "BOV" and must be specially shaped to fit your BOV, since each one is different.

Couldnt I just weld a flange on to my hot pipe, or is that not a good idea.

Normally when you buy a BOV it comes with a pipe that the BOV is attached to. This pipe replaces the stock pipe that is on top of the Turbo outlet. If you just bought a BOV without the flange and pipe you will need to get the flange that the BOV sits in and weld that into a pipe that goes between the turbine and intercooler.
