ok.. People.. I am thinkin of getting headers for the FC in the quest of getting better mileage.. I will get the racing beat exhaust later on too but for now I need to save some $$ for the Repu stuff.. SO.. the question is would the RB headers work good with the stock exhaust? at least for a few months? I have a high flow main cat, everything else is stock..

Had to pass emissions.. California is strict with that ****.. I do wanna straight pipe it, and get the whole system, but I wanna wait on the mufflers and y pipe cuz those $500 could be used for the Repu..

I think the header/presilencer combo blew out the stock mufflers that were on my car when I got it.

I don't care if they blow out, but will it run fine even if the stcok mufflers are on there.. Hell, they are probably blow already cuz the car sounds like it has an exhaust.. I guess there is only one way to find out... Mwuhahahahaha

as long as it does not have a negative effect on my performance or engine, I can live with it for a few months while I get the Repu going..

ur car already sounds like it has an exhaust. just to not risk things, i would buy the header and not put it on until i had the money for the exhaust
