Pull your headlight fuse, then reach under the front bumper for the rubber covers (They may be missing on your car) There is a **** there...twist it. Viola`

dude pull the headlight fuse out and below the car the motors for the lights have a manual crank that you can turn with your hand when u turn it it will raise or lower depending on direction you turn it. the thing you turn may have a rubber boot on it.

Their are ***** under the front bumper turn them, but before you do you need to take the retractor fuse out of the block under the hood.
