I have a harness bar that I would sell. I dont have a pic of it but I can get one 2morrow after work. It bolts in where the seat belts do and where the two threaded bolt holes are in the hatch. Ill get you a pic 2morrow.

You could use a rear strut bar, but its not the safest option. If your good at welding and cutting buy a cheap front strut bar from ebay and fairly thich pipe and make your own that raises up some. My brother and I did that a few years ago. My website has pictures of it. Good luck.

there was a company called Rxtreme or some thing, who used to make them out of a nice chunk of aluminum. I'm sure someone on here has heard of 'em.

Yea it sounds like I will have to make somthing up. As for that where would the best place to mount it, the other road block is my car is also a 2+2 which I want to keep for my little girl. I guess the seat can be easily removed on track days.

I saw some harness bars for the fc on ebay, but don't know of quality and fitment. You can anchor it to the floor pan (if your rear bins were removed) with eye bolts but that probably won't be the best idea as the height might be lower than 45 degree from the shoulder.

The ONLY place I know of that makes thick rear tower bars with eye bolts for the fc, is a company from Japan called Active (their "Quick Answer Bar". Pricing around $250.

I say run the Corksport unit (it's only $80) and we can weld in the eye-holes for the harness. We can probably get spec units from OG just to be sure they are strong and safe! Shouldn't cost more than $120 or so for it all...
