Hard starting / no power

Ive got a 91 turbo has spark on leading coils. Ive checked for alignment of cps. it acts like timing is retarded. so After repositioning cps car would run bot ignition breaks down under load. This vehicle also has a micro tech ecm. Any one have any ideas?

i had a similiar problem my FC was making "popcorn" under boost and i took the whole upper intake manifold and the throttle bodies out and cleaned the **** out of them and after that the problem went away. also check all the little **** like spark plugs and such

Try putting a timming light on the leading plug wire. Then watch the blinks. I had a problem where It would stop blinking around 3000RPM's, And would not blink at all under boost..



The problem ended up being my ECU..
