Would a driveshaft from a GTUs bolt to a differential from an S4 GXL?

And this question is for cymfc3s:

Can I save gas mileage by poking a hole in my gas tank? This way my engine won't use as much gas, since the gas won't make it to the engine. I also read that it improves ventilation.

You should only poke a hole in the fuel tank if smell gas fumes in the engine bay. By ventilating the fuel tank you not only cure the flooding problems, the driveway becomes sparkly clean!
