grounds on boost/pressure sensor

where are the grounds on the boost/pressure sensor? i think im having the 3800 rpm hesitation as i loose my pick up when i get to 3800 rpm. but it doesnt stutter or jump it just accelerates slowly. i can let off the gas most of the way and it accelerates much faster though. is this the infamous 3800 rpm hesitation?
my 1988 rx7 is completely stock.
