You could always weld some aluminum tabs to the top and sides. Then you can use those to mount it.

isn't the radiator aluminum? how do you weld to aluminum. turbovr6 said there are special welding rods

Special rods and usually you use a MAP Gas to keep thing at the right temp. Practice before trying it and even then it's not the easiest thing...

there is a local radiator shop. i'll cut some angle irons then bring it there and try and have them weld them on for me. we'll see what happens

You can't weld steel to aluminum.

Yes. It can be done with a MIG welder with the right wire, but it's better to have it done with a TIG welder.

You also need argon gas.

Home Depot sells flat aluminum bars that you can use.
