Well, here is my new setup:





Haltech E6K

60-1 Turbonetics turbo with anodized back plate and 360 degree thrust bearing

HKS Turbo manifold

HKS wastegate with 5 psi spring

All AN fittings and lines for turbo

Custom fit and welded NPR large intercooler with 2.5" inlet and outlet

2.5" Polished aluminum tubing

All silicon connectors with T-bolt clamps

Custom TB inlet

4" cone filter

Blitz BOV

720 cc/min primaries

1600 cc/min secondaries

-6 AN Aeromotive fuel line and fittings

Aeromotive RRFPR

Walbro 255 l/h fuel pump

boost, EGT, water temp, and fuel pressure gauges

Greddy Profec B

Custom heat-wrapped 3" downpipe

Full 3" exhaust with Borla ProXS muffler

E-fan

Howe radiator

S6 alternator

Battery relocated to passenger compartment bin

removed power steering

removed A/C

removed radio/cd/tape/speakers

Thats a lot of ****,lol...got motor work done?



Interesting place for the BOV as well...and that exhaust is gonna be..well, um...loud.

It is actually just a S5 Jspec motor. Because this is my first time with an EMS, I decided I would buy a motor that was cheap so that if I screw up tuning it, i am not out as much money. Plus, I will have a core for a rebuild this way.



The exhaust is not as loud as you would think. The Borla ProXS is an amazing muffler. It is quieter than an N1 with a presilencer in the DP.
