I am trying to get 900 miles more on mine. You will probably win on the break in. I dont drive far for anything. I am going to do a road trip in the next day or 2 all on secondary roads.

First start we let it run about 5 mins, checked/fixed leaks

Second start I let it run/idle for about 15 mins, varying throttle between 900-1500 rpms slowly

shut down let cool and check fluids

Third start I let it run/idle and vary throttle every 10 mins up to 2500 rpm, for 45 mins

Next was the road test. 2 miles to fill the tank, then a quick 5 mile jaunt down the road. From there we hooked up the E-fan to a switch and sent Mike down the road.
