1. Does the Turbo have a different fuel pump then a N/A ??

2. Anyone know what size fuel line is needed to carry HP... or a Injector cc or lbs/hr conversion chart?

I think my HP problem is lack of FUEL...

My Pressure is GREAT at idle (40), but I have a bad feeling it drops quickly when I get on it. I'm going to do the camcorder under the hood trick to find out, (I have a fuel pressure gauge there).

But I'd like to know what size line I will need.

Since going to larger 550cc injectors... my N/A feels weaker. Also when I tried to run a map running all 4 injectors... it idle and sounded bad... until I put a load on it.

Yes, the TII pump flows more fuel. I use 5/16" ID hose, and it seems to work well.

Okay it looks like Summit has 5/8" line that I can use (Handles 250 PSI).

But what about a filter... Is there a decent aftermarket one?

(I'm using the factory Zuki Fuel line and filter (new filter)).

With my RX-7 Pump in the tank. The Line appeared to be 5/16" but I had no real way to accurately measure the ID.

I'll check the pressure first.... but this is something I thought may be a problem down the road.

(Thanks Ace for the reply)

Fram makes some good filters. So does K&N.

My stock 2nd gen fuel filter does the job.

Well I guess my combo is working fine.. (Suzuki Filter and lines) from the RX7 pump in the tank. I put my camcorder under the hood so I could record my FP Gauge. It shows 37 PSI @ Idle, 40 PSI at WOT in 2 gears and 30 PSI on deceleration.

It's a little higher than what the factory Mazda manual says (35), but I have a slightly smaller fuel return line, which appears to be giving me slightly more pressure.

Back to finding someone to tune my car on a Dyno I guess. I tried Exessive Motorsports (He hasn't done a Haltech, Only TEC-II's) and he said to contact Pineapple Racing, which I have been trying to do.

The Power from my motor feels very linear and I don't feel any real power band. It's very smooth, but as I said the G-Tech confirms 120 Rear Wheel power. A far cry from where I should be (160-180). Hopefully I will get there.

Thanks All.
