I have a cosmo pump 2 TII fuel pumps . should i wire the cosmo pump and aTII pump in parallel .. the TII pump for extra volume... or would the cosmo pump kill the TII pump, or pumps, do to extra psi.... i will be running 720's and 1600's all AN-8 AN-6 on return. if anyone has a better idea, I have the 3 pumps to work with.....

If you are going to run more than one pump in parallel or in series, do NOT use different fuel pumps. The flow differential is going to cause headaches in the fuel system.

yea i agree with ya RETed so how many people have tried using 2 TII fuel pumps... great idea but now i have an extra cosmo pump... i guess i could put it on my GXL or would that be way too much.... what do you think the potential is for 2 TII fuel pumps, or the ceiling in HP is..

Make sure your wiring is up to the task... Alot of aging original equipment wiring isn't fully up to the job of powering 1 pump, let alone 2.

don't worry, the pumps will bee wired parallel and are going with a microtech lt-12 and all new wiring.. 8 gauge power feed batt to pumps, and the battery is in the back, not an issue. yes power was an issue 2 yrs ago. i found that there is a bunch of 87TII's that have even worse wiring than others. like my friends 87TII wiring is diff than my 87TII wiring. like pump leads at the top of the tank shitty wire .. and that resistor relay up front... crapp... maybe some 86's converted at the factory, do to, end of year and demand on the TII from factory....

so does anyone think i shouldn't use 2 TII pumps over the cosmo pump.....
