Well, right now I have an FD fuel pump which can support up to about 300HP or so, and I'm looking into getting the Walbro version instead. How much HP is it good for? I'm looking for one that can at least support 550? Thanks..

I think the Walbro is good to 450 or so. You can check http://www.srmotorsports.com for a couple other pumps.

Yea, I've seen Shane Racing's stuff...I had a problem ordering from them last year so I'm kinda sketchy ordering something else...dunno.

I have heard a couple negative things about them...I'm sure there's somewhere else you could check, but I can't think of anything off-hand.

It seems that everybody uses them, but I'm just curious how much HP they can handle...

I'm using the Nippndenso pump used in Supras. It cost me $250 last year at rx&^ore.net .

I had a problem with shipping. I played phone tag w/ them for about a month, and finally gave up...something with the address I supplied they didn't like or something...

I've decided to go w/ a Rotary Performance fuel pump. Its a nippendenso setup that withstand 500RWHP..supposedly...and its a good enough price.
