Lets see it could be the following:

O-rings and gromets, injectors themselves, fuel lines, fuel rails, PD, FPR, Fual filter, hard lines under tha car, rubber lines that lead to the pump.

How many have you checked?

its running down the side of the intake manifold.

Ive checked all the fuel rail lines, the wires from the fuel pump and everything else mentioned^^^.

I also checked the fuel pressure regulator.

I haven't checked the pulsation dampner. Where is it located?

well i dont think it could be the pd because the leak is running down the right side of the intake manifold and towards the back (nowhere near the pd)

Are you running the fuel pump by it self with out the top intake manifold to better view where is coming from? Are you using stock injectors??? Did you grease up the orings alittle?
