I need your help again.............please

I am installing 4 new injectors with all new o-rings, lower and upper grommets, and injector air bleeds.

My question is this, I have inserted the top on the injector with the o-ring in the fuel rails, which fits very snuggly, but do the lower and upper rubber grommets set flush against the fuel rails, or are they supposed to go inside the rail itself too?

Thanx

the o ring goes inside the rail and then the little grommet sits between the rail and the injector body.

The lower insulator fits in a counterbore (pocket) in the manifold or housing.

Just a note: Be SURE to lube the injector O-rings before you put them in the rail. It's a tight fit, and you will kill the O-rings if you don't oil 'em up first.
