would a fuel pump that pumps 240 liters per hour effect a turbo II engine in any negative way?

NO, it will proovide more fuel if you have larger injectors, and have a need for it, lots of people are using the Walbro 255lph pumps, and seem to like them.

You really shouldn't have any ill effects from this. Your mixture may run a little rich if the pressure the pump feeds is too much for the stock FPR to handle it (especially the weak plastic ones on the Series4 cars). Gas mileage may go down a little as well... a fuel pump is a valid upgrade though on cars running more than stock boost.
