I was driving on the interstate to go help one of my friends who broke down(in another rx7, nontheless), and just before I got to him, I hit a trailer fender in the road. It tore the center section of my front end out, shattered the underpan, busted the oil cooler, busted the radiator, and the sudden loss of coolant cooked the coolant seals. And I havent got around to fixing it yet. Its on the list of things to do, and getting very close to the top now though.

not to pick on you specifically but have you ever opened your hood?

look around where this "cold air" would go with say the headlight down...ohh *smack* into the headlight bulb. With it open *smack* into some metal.

i really dont see why people always leave just the one off and act like its ram air.

by the time any of that cold air makes it to the filter its already warmed up and is useless as most of the velocity of it is lost on its trip to actually inside the engine bay.

i thought more people liked them out. one of mine was cracked so i took them out, i was also attempting to get more air into my cold air filter. i never put them back on bc i think it looks so much better with them out

Thats on the list of things being fixed before I drive the car again. Along with a little bit of a make-over...
