On a black car, you never see the flanges unless youre very close and looking right into them. Check out the pics in my other thread.



I put them in today, and theyre staying for a while. Its a nice change.

i have a white car, and i painted most of that black, it kinda dissapears visually

Hmmm. You have given me an idea. Thanks! That could be an option for a cold air intake. Or just a better air intake.



If there was someway you can cut out the edges where the FTP's mount in, it would not look so bad on any colored car. I thought about keeping mine out, since they re really dirty, and need to be cleaned out. Car is Sapphire Blue. Take em out, keep em in?

I like them in, I paid the cost to have brand new one's too, others are right, looks odd with them out.

those JDM ones give off no light, not worth the money

new FTP on a nice black car look hot, I like those to be as-is, no tint

the front marker lights however- I tint
