I'm not sure what kind of warantee you have with those AGX's, but take car to grind them down nice and ROUND. Keep it clean and factory looking. I have Tokicos and GC's on my Ford Probe and when one of the shocks started leaking oil I took it in for the lifetime replacement. Once the guy behind the counter got on the phone with 'whomever' about replacing my strut under waranty, the first thing he was told to do was look at the top of the shock where I had ground away.

"Clean ... very clean," he said. Technically, it voids the waranty.

It should be fine. It was a very small amount that need to be ground, maybe 1/32 of an inch or so. They fit great and I can't wait to get it on a course now.
