For $2400 for a 1986, it shouldnt be referred to as a project car, lol, only thing I can see is maybe the mirrors are white? But thats hardly a project

Unless it doesn't run.

Man, you need to move up to Seattle. There are 1st and 2nd gens everywhere. I just went and got coffee (yes I know its 6:00pm here. lol!), and saw a 91 automatic (that kind of sucks), but they only want like $3000 for it, and a 1st gen. don't know what year, I don't think it is a GSL-SE, but it has a big sign in the window that says "MAKE OFFER." Plus a mazda shop I know of is selling a 90 GTU automatic for $3500. Most of the 87 and older NAs around here sell for like $1500 or less. So $2500 sounds kind of pricey. But you can alway try to talk him down on the price.

I say we start a fund to get this guy a car. We could sell cookies and lemonade perhaps.
