I just wanted to jump on here and post two pics of the almost completed project for the FMIC install..I ended up relocating my leading coil up a lil and relocating the battery...other then that, no real hitches...I did cut about .5" off the final pipe leading to the greddy elbow, but unfortunately, it still rubs a lil..so i'm gonna take more off and readjust....

I think it helps make the engine bay..how u say...BLING BLING..

Also installed are the new jocabs wires, they are redesigned since my last set from two years ago..wonder if they're any better now? lol.. I'm also going back and cleaning up a lot of stuff since i had extra time..

This might sound stupid but I was just curious what that is on the intake side of your turbo? Is it a Mass Air Flow sensor or something else? Sorry but I've only dealt with a couple S4's and have never seen that. Maybe something for S5?

Back in the day, when we actually had a good sized garage and worked on a lot of cars, we did like 4 motor swaps...all atkings motors..1 of them started right up..ran for 15sec then died..then restarted and ran like a champ..the other 3 took some time.

I have a feeling since mine has brand new seals, and used housings, it is still running really low compression and keeps flooding out since I don't have an assistance right now to adjust **** as i'm in the car..

i'll prime the oil system, pour a lil oil down the leading sp hole and then fire it up...and keep doing that..it has only run for a total of like 30min, lol...but with each minute it gets better!
