Is the starion intercooler better than the stock intercooler? I read somewhere that it doesn't flow very well so the higher boosts to compensate generwates more heat. Is that true? Or would it be better if I made a spray system that would spray like water or some other liquid that evaporate really fast.

The starion 14 and 16 row intercoolers work better then the stock TMIC. For a few reasons:
One, the mount in the front(typically) which is better flow then the factory top mounts we have.
Two, the stock TMIC is only good for about 10psi safely..and the starions will hold from 15 to 20psi depending on which type of starion you get. I had one that was pressure tested to 15psi.
Three, the starion looks better, lol. As far as the heat transfer, that is something I didn't hear about. I would think that the starion would be more efficient then the stock ones especially when mounted up front.

He's got a point...what's ur setup?? 20psi on a starion is fine, you probably have a newer starion IC..the older ones didn't hold up as well...but are still better then the stock ones. Careful goin over 20psi....BOOM!

maybe i can weld two tII intercoolers together. Would that still fit in the front or would that be too wide?
