First Oil Change Which Do I Use

one good thing about paying someone to change your oil, they
get rid of the waste.
I change my own oil but use my friends shop to do it, mostly so he
disposes of the waste.
Hope you people are responsible and not dumping the used oil
where it doesnt belong.

i use valvoline 20W50 turbo, cuz my car is a turbo, and i think the turbo oil adds like 10-15 hp, with up to 20 hp right after the oil change 
seriously, that's what i use, says its designed for performance cars, so i figure why not...
