OK. Is there such a thing as derict fit injector upgrades? 850cc-1600cc If so where do i find them? I am on a budget with most of my money going towards the microtech LT-10. I dont not feel like spending nearly 500$ on fuel rails and injectors. Also i have heard of people sending ttheir stock 550's injectors to companies and having them bored and tested and blueprinted or whatever they do. Is this true? How good are the bored injectors compared to REAL upgrade injectors. I am in need of a 750/1600 or a 850/1600 combo. PLZ help. i need this fast before i have my car tuned.

I have a set of 1600's in mine and they fit and look exactly like the stock ones.

Also have a couple of buddies running the same thing.

RC Engineering makes 1200CC injectors. That's what I'm using as secondaries. And are you sure you need primaries that large? I'm not sure what you project is, but you really need to be making some huge number to need big primaries. You can use the 680cc injectors out of the GTU-S and those will cover most people power needs.

Percision turbo sells direct injectors up to 1680 for a DSM, which are also direct fit including connector for the S4 FC.

Excuse me if this is wrong to do, but with duel o-rings and some 3/8 fuel hose i was able to fit tightly my aftermarket siemens 850 injectors right into my secondarys on stock fuel rail. Note you do need to remove the diffuser which might cause issues that i have yet to figure out( considering im running perfect). Anyways most injectors are low imp which are direct dropins for s4s are far as wiring resistors go. But for the primarys i think you need to buy a metal sleeve from one of the rx stores so they fit properly. Best test to do after you install injectors like that into stock fuel rail is to jump the fuel pump with yellow connector and shake the thing like mad.

*** umm... make sure to do this technical act of "shaking the thing like mad" somewhere that you dont mind getting a little gas, away from any flame... just in case.

um, wow the gtus has 680cc????!!! cause i thought they were 440cc like other n/a s cause my motor went and i was going turbo 2 off of ebay and have it street ported and rebuilt. If so does it have 680cc for all 4 or just primaries? so if this is true ill just put those in ma s5 t2 motor. Also if this is true is the fuel pump sufficient aka larger than that of other nas and can it run my t2 or is it same lph as t2. lemme know. Thanks.

Yeah, GTUs, like any NA, is a 460cc injector.

GSL-SE's have 680cc injectors (but only 2 per engine)

A friend of mine just had his cleaned and flow tested inhis GSL-SE, they came out to 705cc.
