i started porting the wastegate, to prevent boost-creep.i dont like to start spitting out apex seals through the exhaust













short passage on the left is nearly finished, the one on the right still needs to be ported.

yet another step further



wastegate porting is finished, so i mounted the turbo where it came from

been pretty busy today en things are starting to fall into place



received some more goodies

Sard fuel pressure regulator and Greddy Radiator cap





Flex-a-lite Black Magic electric fan





some gaskets





alternator relocation bracket is finished





starting the buildup again, and mounted the following parts:

- alternator

- lower intake manifold

- turbo

- waterpump

- oil metering pump

started removing all emissions









mounted the turbo heat shielding





replaced the OMP lines





replaced the OMP injector hoses with silicone.

also capped off some vacuum connections. only one left is for my Sard fuel pressure regulator

another update:



engine is almost ready to be put back in, only thing is, i'm still waiting for the car to be picked up to get the enginebay painted...



progress since last time:



- mounted the oil feed line

- mounted injectors and fuel rails

- fuel lines

- alle emissions removed

- hooked up the wiring loom, with some minor adjustments

- did the throttle body modification













also some new stuff on the way:

ACT extreme-street clutch

Front mount intercooler
