then it all progressed very quickly and today i pulled the entire engine and started the messy job of degreasing it all.

in 3 weeks the car will be going to the paintshop for an engine bay respray...

Your body shop guy did a great job integrating the fiberglass... it was seemless!

replaced the rear oil pressure regulator with one of racing beat. then i shimmed the front regulator.

replaced the thermal by-pass pellet with a racing beat eliminator

started renewing the tape on the entire wiring loom, because i am not going to tuck away any wiring, it needs to be in shape when i am putting it all back together

test fitted my alternator relocation bracket, needs some adjustment for getting the pulleys aligned properly and also the mounting needs to be fixed. finishing it up this week, then i can measure what belts i need

then it was time for some work on the engine itself. sprayed it with a nice and fresh new colour.
