can you use a turbo front oil cooler line to replace an NA line? or can you swap the whole assembly?

a friend needs a new line and i am trying to avoid crawling under the na parts car since i have a couple tii oil coolers out and about. necessity is a mother!

I cant get the drill down parts list to work at my mazda dealers parts site, so i figured the forum collective knowlege is the next best thing...
