About to do front mount intercooler on 89 s5 rx7. Just started, havent really seen that many , and most seem to ditch power steering and take battery out of bay. Got a power FC so dont have to fit hot wire box thing. But i want to keep power steering and leave battery in bay, any pics of this type of set up would be great thanks..

this is my set up. though i run a cosmo re motor now but when i had the t2 motor in it i ran it the same way just with a na tb adapter and not the t2.

now with a stock to small t4 turbo you do not need to go with as large of piping as i did. so you can run a dyna bat in the stock location and route the piping in the same place as i did.

This was before the car re-sprayed was CYM. Most of the work on the car was done at the old house in Belmont, when this pictures were taken. Ahhhh the memories.

Pretty much like the other setups you've seen, but here are mine...

This setup is sold now though in light of larger piping and a completely different throttle body position..and larger core
