It won't work very well for a CB antenna. You need to tune them, and use the proper cabling. Go ahead and try, but you won't get a decent signal beyond a mile at best, and lots of background noise.

its a cool cb, its 4.5"x about 6"x about 1" so its nice and small. the thing i have to hook it up to a radio antenna has a tuner on it, therefore i can tune the antenna. here is the cb i got. its 40 channel and still looks new

oh, how would you guys recommend wiring this thing? it has a positive and negative and a wire so it will save the channel when i turn it off and back on. the positive i want on the ignition, the other wire has to be on a continuous positive. i am mounting it under the dash on the right side of the steering wheel, its very inconspicuous and fits perfectly. anyways what are your opinions on the wiring? thanks guys, and christi.

Don't bother, it's not a big deal refinding a channel. They usually reset to channel 1, and you quickly learn how long to push the channel up button to get where you want to be. Anyways, the one you are getting looks to have a spinner tuner, which is super-fast.

By the way, I found NO reference to a PDC-25 radio on the web. It appears that Para Dynamics primarily makes CD accessories, so don't expect any sort of tech support

What are you going to use it for?
