OK, I admit, I havent been under my car in a while so I cant remember what ur talking about.

The next question is.....

Does anyone make a full undercarriage w/ ground effects, like a ferrarri or something. Y'know downforce without spoilers etc...

I think that would be cool.

that only works at 140 mph....how often do you do that and how much does a wind tunnel cost to develop it?     https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif

Personally I think unless a body kit has actuall wind tunnel testing to varify any gains it is BULLSHIT.

I have always said that someone comes out with a bumper or side skirts, and people think they are giving the car a aerodynamic advantage by bolting this crap on, Mazda spends countless hours in the windtunnel to design a car, and some backyard guy makes a fiberglass bumper or hood and people think its the best thing since white bread.

Where is the proof? I think its a mental thing, trying to sell yourself on the idea after, kinda like " I spent $5000 on this kit, man does the car feel better"

Hey ROB......why does it have to be white bread.....why can't it be Rye.? and that pan was developed by mazda. IT was a dealer option, according to the local dealer in town.

Yup,! the only reason to get kits is for style. They probably hinder performance, big openings raise wind resistance.
