exsessive white Smoke after rebuild

hey!



well, a friend of mine is having some problems with his FC. The guy which was rebuilding his engine, wasn't really reliable..



If he starts the engine, its smoking white smoke like crazy, but there are no bubbles in the coolant system. Also no coolant-level rising or something like that.



I thought it would be the oil-controll o-rings, but if they were causing the smoke, they car should smoke even more if you rev it up to 3000-4000rpm, but its not the case! so i don't know what the problem of this exsessive smoking ist.



The car is running like **** also.

make sure the firing order is right! I had the same symptom from an incorrect firing order after I "fixed" my gxl when I first got it. There was so much white smoke the neighbors called and asked was the house okay lol. FSM, ftw.

looks like a timing issue.
