I think there would be less restricton in the U.S. models. The rotating valves in the euro version look like they would disrupt airflow more than the smooth sleeves in the U.S. versions.

did you also notice that the euro car has a thermal reactor and a distributor?

Yes, it does fit....we have this manifold (with removed sleeves and other crap) mounted on my US NA S4 block.....
