I think there would be less restricton in the U.S. models. The rotating valves in the euro version look like they would disrupt airflow more than the smooth sleeves in the U.S. versions.

Yes, it does fit....we have this manifold (with removed sleeves and other crap) mounted on my US NA S4 block.....

great, how did it affect performance compared to an US S4 with the stock sleeves & actuators still in and working?
