Ok I got my S4 N/A Running again all it needed was a new set of plugs and wires and fired right up. Now my question is can an engine be out of balance? The reason I ask is becuase my engine or what ever it may be started to make this vibration starting at around 5500 RPM that gets so bad coming up to 7000 RPM that I dont reach 7K and I have to let go of the shifter **** cause of how bad it gets. But then again it does it on and off. like out of 4 7k pulls 1 time it will do it. A mechanically inclined friend of mine told me it could be your tranny mount or your engiine mounts. any one got any ideas?

if its a factory mazda assembly its not out of balance. if its a rebuild it might be (wrong rotor, or counter wieght) and it will come apart soon.

except for the fact if my preassure sensor sees vacume it floods and I have to have 1 vacume port open to atmosphere if not my car dies.

So after you changed plugs/wires your car does this? you have the wire backwards I think.

Check the transmission cross member mount, it can create a huge vibration. The rubber bushing area should be one piece and attached to the metal cross member bar. takes about .5 to 1 hour to remove it.
