I am making some custom polyurethane motor mounts, and I need to know a few things.



Does anyone off hand remember roughly the diameter of the engine mounts? I want to say its 2.5 to 3 inches. But is been a while since I pulled my last set out.

 

if you're making your own mounts, the exact diameter is of alot less importance than the height. If its going to be a cylinder with a hole up the center i venture to say that it won't matter in the slightest if you use 3in or 2.5in stock. You should man up to aluminum mounts though

 

what a coinsidence i just made some last week, they are 1.75''tall and 2.75''in diameter. i use a drill large enough to put a 9/16'' bolt in there.
