Thumbs down

I got a brand new engine built for me and did the install myself, now I can't get the damn thing to start up. It cranks like it wants too, but I can't get it to fully turn over and run. If starter fluid is used then I can get it to go for a little bit before dying out. My friend and I think its a computer management issue.

After popping a plug the front rotor was a little gas heavy, while the rear was fine. We swapped injectors to test to see if one was just stuck open, and the same thing happend with the front rotor. When the plugs were removed we'd get little puffs of gas out of the plugs but not in the rear rotor.

When we try to use the jumper to 'prime' the fuel system it keep running and dosen't stop 'priming'. We can't discover a leak in the fuel system and we aren't sure if its just dumping into the engine. The damn thing wants to start but we can't get it too. Any theories or ideas out there? Any help or leads we can get would be most appriceated.
