My car failed very badly with no cats



put 1 high flow converter on it, and it now passes with flying colors

and runs exactly the same as it did with the pre-silencer.



Its cleaner, and I dont have to pay someone or use any favors, I can go into any inspection shop and know the car will pass.

If I sell it I also know there wont be any problem of the new owner

getting the car to pass.





Todays converter technology offers performance and you can still be

emissions legal.

Last year I put the factory exhaust on with a corvette electric air pump run thorough a drilled out/modified ACV to supply air directly to the cat... the ACV was hooked up COMPLETELY wrong. With my new big turbo setup I will be using the vette pump and a 3.5 or 4" random tech cat.



Oh and a little alcohol didn't hurt either

Can you clarify this point? Did you hand a bottle to the guy doing the inspection? Or did you have some in your gas tank?

all stock emmissions removed. single 3" cat and corvette airpump.



can't pay anyone here. testing is gov run and have video cameras etc at the sites

move to texas? here in college station, they dont check, they just make sure you have a complete exhaust system.

guys you all need to take a trip to newark where u can just buy inspection stickers with the bar code and every thing for about 40.00 or a bit less.
