Electrical Problems

now when i drive, my raidio, stop lights, rear, and interiors die, but sometimes come back on..... i think there is a a short somewhere, but where do i start looking?

if you got a short you most likely would blow a fuse.But if your gounds are coming loose the fuse will remain good. I would start there. Check/clean your grounding points. Question... do they filcker at all or just completly stop working?

nope, the grounds are okay..... i think its a shortage, it keeps cutting on and off when i drive.

if you got a voltage meter(if not buy a cheapy) put it on the + and - and check voltage... should be min 12 VDC not running, should be min 13 when running... start it up with meter attached and watch for the voltage to drop... should NOT drop less than 12.5 at any time...if is close you might be ok but anything in the 11's is trouble
