Default Electrical Issues

I just picked up a 90 GLX two days ago not running. I swapped a fuel pump and it runs fine now. When I first got it, it had something that would drain the battery in about 4-5 hours. The radio didn't work, the driver automatic seat belt did not work and neither did the blower motor or a/c compressor button. Today I decided to check the battery for draw with my multimeter and pulled the fuses out one by one with no luck. Well I replaced the fuses and started the car back up. I tried the a/c button again and it engaged. I also tried blower motor again and it turned on for 2 seconds and then turned off. Well after this I turned the car back off, and noticed that my passenger automatic seat belt stopped working, along with that annoying seat belt chime. Also my hazards, security light and instrument cluster have stopped working and they were working before.

The only positive side is that my battery is no longer being drained with the car off.

Any ideas on where to start with this? Thank you in advance.

Update. The door light stays on constantly. And its like the door ajar light and seat belt chime is tied into the interior lights (which worked until today). The door ajar light flashes when i turn the dome light switch on.

Wow that sounds like a fun mess to fix. It sounds to me like a previous owner hacked the wiring under the dash up, or a wire is being grounded out somewhere, or there might be a problem with the ECU. Electrical problems are the worst.
