I was wondering (I'm new here) why would you take the old one out? Is it b/c the aftermarket ones are more efficent at cooling, if so how much of a differance is there?? :dontgetit:

Electric fans get rid of the parasidic drag of the clutch fan. Its claimed that u can gain up 12 hp. And its also frees up space to work on stuff.
