Thumbs up

Is this the EGI relay, If so, which is the wire that I can install a switch too, so I won't have to open the hood and pull the EGI fuse everytime it gets flooded.?

um why dont you put the switch on the fuel pump wire? theres only one of those and the ignition will still work so it de floods faster

Do what j9fd3s recommends. If you have to do, the egi fuse is located next to the right shock tower. It is surronded by a few other fuses. The cover will tell you which one it is.

Located by the left rear shock tower and floor. Should be a Black with white strip wire. Test it to ensure is the right wire when the car is running.

do you have a shop manual? the wiring diagrams illustrate these things pretty clearly.

theres a connector on the drivers side that is for the wires going to the fuel pump (among other wires going to the rear of the car), you can splice into them right there.

the relay you have photographed is the circuit opening relay, it's not exactly what you're looking for.
