like it says, a slow rx7 is still faster than an acura or a honda. nothing against them, i have one. strictly performance wise 2nd place, an SRT-4 beat me, he was .8 faster than my fastest time.

Sweet deal man... what kind of race was that? I'm glad to see some more SE's out at the track...

street legal drags. import class. pro lights, heads up basically. first time to the track, got my car figured out, got my R/Ts down to about .3s sadly i only ran a best of 10 flat. but thats enough to beat the import class of honda and acuras, and honestly, if my car was tuned and i had a little more experience, i could have beaten a turbo del-sol and this seriously done up s2000. both of them beat me by less than a car length (i was at their rear wheel or better.)

yes. me and my $400 SE

but, body, paint, 5 lug and a standalone are going in very shortly. soon to have a ported motor too, so we'll see how it goes.

thanks for the encouragement

since i cant edit my last post again, the del sol and s2000 were in time trials, the ran away when the eliminations began.

i won back what it cost me to go out there ($5 gas, $20 for me and my room mate to get in)

So it was bracket then? Just curious since i would have though an srt-4 would have beat the snot out of an NA SE..not hating, just saying.. I know how quick the srt is compared to NA...
