My fc won't pass DEQ please help. Need any tips you have!

Common saying: The only way you can pass emissions in an RX7 is to not start it.



I don't know what to tell you, man. Make sure your airpump is operational and a good exhaust is in place?his conversation came up, several years ago, and a bunch of us set about the task of trying to get this kid's car passable...



He ended up borrowing a friend's Haltech (Microtec? I can't remember which) and just leaning it out far enough to pass....



BARELY, mind you, but you're talking about a fraggin 20+ year old car.

Do a search on this site. You're bound to find this topic discussed many times. From what I understand, it's not that hard. You will absolutely need a working catalytic converter to pull it off, and if all your factory emissions are intact, that should make it a great deal easier.
