Alright, This week I found out a buddy of mine has a friend with a salvage yard.. That means he can hook me up with parts for my engine.. I was looking through the stuff I got with the engine I bought and I have the UIM LIM both fuel rails, ACV(don't need it..) No rats nest.. Lots of other little crap.. The throttle body and stuff is all still there..I guess I almost have everything..

Since I might be able to purchase the parts for my engine alot easier, I am considering ditching the Carb again.. but I need to get fuel injectors, oil metering system, and stuff like that..

What things do I need to make this engine run..? Then I could drive the truck for a couple of months till I get the $$ for an E11..

Don't need no stinking omp!!!. Go look at my wiring thread and install all the UN-highlighted components! John

yeah, get the 86-88 mechanical one. the 89+ tbody has a spacer in place of the metering pump arm, so you can make it like factory

ok, but what about the fuel cut thing.. Do just use one of the fuel cut defenders.., Thats how the guy I bought the engine from blew it in the first place..

can I get the 86-88 one from an N/a or does it have to be a T2..?

If I go with bigger injectors will I have to get different fuel rails?
