how about this guyz

i had just fixed a couple of things on my car and added a thermostat that wasnt even in my car before!!



well making sure there were no leaks i was runnin my car pretty hard



everything was runnin so good.... so a lil later

im puching it an throw it into 2nd and all i here was boooomm and then bing bing bing

luckily next to my house

all i heard is rattling under the shifter and everytime i would put the clutch in the noise would stop and back out there it would go again



this sux

just thought id share my misfortune with you guyz and im going to have to see what i can do

how many miles an all gears work fine?



i dont want another tranny that im going to have to change in 6 months

I have a TII tranny you can have for $225 works great!

Yeah that won't be just that simple...... n/a driveshaft won't bolt up, but it would be good idea

i've also heard the same thing...given that the housing and internals are more robust, i think that it would be a nice trade off

well if i got the t2 tranny id need the flywheel clutch driveshaft an all and is rather expensive

i want to but not now

now i just really need a manual good workin cheap tranny

so if anyone knows anyone or anything let me know

hey when i'm in any gear my shifter moves around like it's still in neutral, and i also hear this strange sound when i release my clutch what do you think that is
