Finally had some decent weather and time for me to work on my Project Zuki.

I got the cooler hose off and the front pulley (Thanks for helping me with all the questions). So I could change out my front cover (That went smooth).

Question:

Does the N/A Oil Filler Neck come off? Something I hadn't planned for... I need to remove it as the Top Mounted Intercooler hits it.

My injectors seem to fit loosely, I don't think I am missing anything...

There are fittings the injectors sit in, then a rubber injector seal, then the injector, the a dust seal on the top of the injector. A o-ring on the top of the injector and then the Fuel Rail.

Much Thanks!

(Maybe I am crazy trying to turbocharge a N/A Motor) (I broke a Turbo Exhaust Stud too)

The oil filler necks are pressed on.Just give the some taps with a small hammer and it should slide up and out.I have a Modified GSL-SE one on my TII motor that I cut and bent to make work with the NA throttle body elbow for my front mount intercooler.

the injectors have gromments or o rings on both sides, make sure you are using them and preferably new ones because they will cause vaccum leaks.
