Hey guys,

Ive always loved rotarys and could now finally afford one as I turned 18. Bought a nice, cheap S4 Turbo, 60,000 kms on the engine due to a swap 4k ago.

Now hoping you can clear these things up...

Its got a locker diff. Obviously this makes noise turning at low speeds and I understand that but when I shift gears sometimes theres a knocking sound very similar to the diff clunking. Im not sure if its just diff related or the gearbox on the way out and just making a similar sound? Can anyone shed some light?

Also, Roughly how much does a half decent lsd install go for these days?

And ill throw in, if I boost it to 12psi (yes with the correct mods) how much power should I expect?

Thanks guys.

The front diff mounts commonly break, that is most likely your knocking sound.
