hey guys.. i just rebuilded my engine. but the car is been asking me for coolant every three days.. i have tried to bleed the air bubles... and nothing.. i have a 13 pressure coolant cap on top ( where the thermostat housing is ) and a pressure cap from mazda on the radiator neck. As we all know mazda is ghey and chooses to have two outlets for some gay reason.. so my question is.. should i block the outlet on the raditor? and run the thin hose that goes to the overflow tank from the top outlet down to teh overflow tank? i been looking under teh car for any leaks and nothing. So i need help i would really aprreciated if you guys have any ideas.

So you say your car is consuming coolant with NO leaks? Like, your having to fill it back up FULL every three daze?

You may have an internal leak via motor...Check the "oil add" neck for white-ish sludge build up...Drain oil and look for tha same thing in the pan....Does it smoke? All these should lead you to the problem... Usually if it smokes out the pipe (white) you have problems with a water seal... If your using only water and no coolant it can evaporate, but not in 3 days

Good luck

could it be cuz im not putting the right coolant hose where it should go...?

instead of here

note the cap on the radiator is from mazda oem. the cap on the filler neck is from discount auto. also note all the hoses are new teh engine is rebuild.. the only smoke i get is black and its only a puff at start up .. maybe cuz im using premix ( cheap quality).. castrol outboard 2 cycle... anyways the radiator is from discountradiators.com they freaking send me an automatic radiator.. oh well... any suggestions?

It all ends up in the same place, so no, it doesn't matter which side you put it in. Have you checked to see if your coolant is bubbling(inside the radiator)?

i had a leak under my dynamic chamber from a bad hose. when the car was running it would run down and burn off of the exhaust. when i parked it would just puddle around the fuel injectors but never leaked on the ground. i added coolant about every 3 to 4 days untill i got it fixed. might be worth checking out.
